HEAT SET PP YARN

After twisting process, to develop the bulk, a perfect pin point effect and ensures permanent setting of the twist.For giving these specifications to the yarn, we set the yarn with saturated steam at 130°C.

Single or assembled twisted yarns are very often used manufacturing woven and tufted wall to wall carpets because of hygiene and health reasons. Compared to acrylic and wool yarns, it is easy to clean and no dust behaviour. It does not host a bacteria in itself and burns on very high degrees. It can be produced as one ply or 2 ply between 800-10000 dtex.
